Murals enliven your business, and your bottom line

There is a saying that a picture is worth a thousand words. Which is 100% true! A mural can “speak” not only in your mind. It’s inspirational, eye-catching and when created from a professional, can provide your business with many benefits. For example, over the past two years, retailers ranging from Adidas to Gucci have commissioned highly visible murals that are part ad, part art — and ideal Instagram advertising. That same day, Kendall Jenner posted an Instagram video announcing her Adidas ambassadorship in front of a mural, which attracted more than 7.9 million views. Soon after, Adidas launched a three-week outdoor art project across 10 walls in Brooklyn to promote its campaign for the Pure Boost DPR shoes. And the list goes on. Channel, Givenchy, and many more huge companies/brands started to use this way to “make some noise.”  Murals can boost and increase your business, even create a new trend! Capture attention

A mural attracts attention, especially if your business is located in a not-so-busy street or on the first floor of a building. It can also entice customers to come inside your business. Since they are so colorful and unique, pictures of wall murals are ideal for sharing and showcasing on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms, as well as featuring in marketing materials like brochures, catalogs, and newsletters. “We wanted to take an Instagram photo of this coffee shop mural,” said a first-time visitor to the Culver City shopping center. “Now, we got a cup of coffee and we’re going to do some shopping.” Hope you get my point!

Creates an emotional response

Wall murals placed on the business exterior change how people feel when they look at your building. They captivate and allow the individual to associate the mural and how they felt, with your business. According to insights extracted from expert studies, there is a close connection between colors, emotions, and sales. Colors ignite emotions; emotions boost sales. Wall murals that have brightly colors images/graphics cause emotional responses in customers. In turn, the emotional responses encourage customers to buy goods and services that a business offers.

Gives your business personality

Your business needs to interact with your customers on a daily basis. A mural gives you the power to do that cause it creates a unique personality or statement for your clients. It gives your company a “unique look”. As every mural is made according to your requirements by an Artist, every wall mural is unique to the business that houses it. A unique look to your business makes your business stand out from the rest and makes it more likely to stick in the mind of a potential customer.

Office murals

Office murals are now becoming increasingly popular for many businesses and corporate buildings. It not only improves the environment but makes a statement about the workplace culture, increasing the quality of life, fosters relationships and dialogue, and leads to networking opportunities. It leaves a lasting impression both on the employees who see it every day and on clients who visit either once or frequently.

Bottom line

What do Google, MIT, and Nordstrom have in common — besides that is, being globally-recognized brands and class leaders? Well, if you head out to Mountain View, Cambridge or Seattle to visit their respective headquarters, you’ll see something on the walls that will catch your eye, capture your attention, engage your emotions, and even educate you on something useful and relevant. No, I’m not talking about flat screen monitors, electronic banners, or posters. I’m talking about murals!

While wall murals aren’t new, they’re growing in popularity. In addition to standing out for all of the right reasons, they’re inexpensive compared to other marketing and communication options (e.g. billboards, conventional business signs, etc.), and they’re also removable — so if the message no longer applies or there’s a desire for something different, it’s simply out with the old wall mural, and in with the new.

So, the only limits are your imagination!
