Target understands the value of beauty, even at low prices, from the top of the company down. Beautify’s partnership with Target, which began in 2020, will bring beauty inside the company, to workers in 10 to 12 of the company's giant distribution centers nationwide. The murals brighten up what's typically a grey and drab area, turn a bare wall into a bright spot of inspiration.

Our online platform removes the friction and uncertainties from the process, making it easy for Target to find and work with professional street artists. As both a muralist and a software product manager, I founded Beautify to connect people who want great art with the professional artists who create it.

Each mural reflects the beauty and culture of the surrounding city and/or state to connect Target to the employees who work there. Beautify and Target partnered with local artists to help create and execute the mural designs.

Murals are found in many of top brands' headquarters including AirBnB, Hulu, and another Beautify partner, Avocado Mattress. Target is now fanning out to bring them to workers at remote locations. By elevating the employee experience, they're a solid investment in workplace culture and community.
